b) You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Website for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others to Content posted on our Website on the following basis.   

i) You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

11) Governing Law and Choice of Forum

These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Website or these Terms must be brought in the courts of Alberta, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any objections to the jurisdiction or venue of these courts.

12) Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, Hero Canada has the right to seek and obtain injunctive relief, whether provisional, interim, or permanent, from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trademarks, intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to preserve the status quo pending resolution of any dispute.

13) Entire Agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Hero Canada regarding your use of the Website and replace any prior or current agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral. 

14) Relationship

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms.

15) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

16) Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Hero Canada. We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice and may deny you access to the Website for any reason or no reason. Any obligations or liabilities incurred by you or Hero Canada prior to the termination date will survive the termination of these Terms.
