At Goodies, we list all nine food allergens (wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame) on our labels, as required by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. You can find this information clearly printed on the labels of each product.

The Goodies range has been specially developed for children aged 4+ with flavors and textures adapted to their age. We recommend serving them from this age and up.

Goodies are made especially for preschoolers, aged 4+. Toddlers may be curious, but our snacks are designed for little ones who have grown past baby snacks and are ready for more big‑kid flavors and textures.
